QSSI Brings on Senior VP of Business Development

Columbia, MD – May 1 , 2006 –QSSI announces the appointment of Mark Labus as QSSI’s Senior Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Labus brings a proven Federal record of success, a broad technical background, and accomplished leadership skills. Mr. Labus joins QSSI with over 20 years experience in Federal and business development.

His experience includes serving as the Regional Sales Manager and Vice President of Business Development at various small to mid sized IT organizations. Prior to that, Mr. Labus had a successful 15 year career at IBM, the last six years as a Federal Sales Manager for the Department of Health and Human Services.

With a strong background in sales and marketing, Mr. Labus will contribute significantly to furthering QSSI growth and exposure to new business opportunities.
